Spring is just around the corner!  It seems folks are beginning to get out into the market and look at homes.  Showings have picked up.  Buyers realize that interest rates are great, housing prices are down and there are an abundance of homes to choose from. 

If you are thinking about selling, keep in mind that market times are a little bit longer than in the past, proper pricing and a strong marketing plan is a must to attract buyers.
